The company TESORT spol. s r.o. of Příbram, Czech Republic, has been developing
and manufacturing special handling equipment for nearly 30 years. Working with our
customers, we have managed to resolve hundreds of complex handling processes.
A handling jig for tilting monoblocks
from a horizontal to a vertical
position.
These tilting benches are used for precise
positioning of tram motors in winding and
terminal repairs.
The bench is designed so that the loaded
motor is tilted by exactly 45°. The correct
position of the motor for soldering the ter-
minals has a fundamental impact on the
quality of the work, leading to significant
savings in the
soldering materi-
al, i.e. industrial
silver.
Crossbar for gripping the wheelset.
We develop and manufacture a wide
range of special handling jigs and equip-
ment for the handling of railway wheel
tyres, all types of rolling stock monob-
locks, and entire wheelsets.
A handling jig for lifting tyres before pressing them onto the wheel body.
The double-sided trapezoidal controls make it easy to handle tyres of different
diameters to be handled in a horizontal position.
