The company's double column machining center hase more than 250 models

Currently, the most popular machine

model in Europe is the SV series double

column machining center with three axes

fully supported. The hardness is more than

HRC58°, and rigid box ways with roller-

type recirculating bearings strengthen

support. The slideways are fully lined with

Turcite-B to ensure long lasting and optimum rigidity during heavy cutting, to further enhance the machine's overall rigidity

and reliability. Two gear ranges, helical

and spur gears support the spindle transmission system for machining large cavities at low RPM. Even at 6 RPM, the

machine can easily perform boring of

large diameter holes. Extended spindle

is a standard accessory that applies to

deep hole drilling and concave milling.

The spindle motor can be optioned up

to 30/35HP with outstanding cutting

capacity 1 099 c.c./min (S45C). Excellent

grade of hot work tool steel P20 with feed

rate 3 150 mm/min and 560 rpm.
